If you are not familiar with our practice, in brief, you should know the following about us: our office was established in 2009 and specializes in consultation and representation on behalf of students (ages 3-22) with a broad range of disabilities/suspected disabilities and school-related problems. Recently, the majority of cases handled by attorney Beth E. Simon involve students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. The law practice focuses on provision of legal advice and litigation services for clients through all aspects of the special education process from the school level through hearings at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals.
We are looking forward to hearing from you. You can reach us by phone at 617-762-9922 or by email at bsimon@kids-law.net. You can also stop by our office which is conveniently located at 24 Thorndike St.

transportation (near both the Lechmere and Kendall Sq. train stops and
